Our platform integrates with many tools used by our clients such as Jira.
Sometimes, IT teams have taken steps for security or other reasons which may prevent the integration from working right away. Such solutions can be self-hosted, or hidden from outside networks.
Take the following steps to ensure your integration will connect properly:
1/ Unblock our IP on your system
Please add our IP to an "allow list": 54.195.80.103
Our application IP is dynamic, but all calls and communications will come from the above IP address.
2/ Ensure your domain can be resolved from the outside
Please ensure the domain you use during the integration can be resolved from the outside.
Sometimes, businesses have a separate domain for external and internal connections: this would need to be on the external one.
