General information

A localized UX and usability survey gets you feedback on your local product. It can help you identify issues and drive growth in local markets.

A localized UX and Usability survey allows you to investigate how people in a specific region or demographic experience your product. You can send a product, website, application or prototype to any of our 190 available markets for review. Professionals in your selected market will respond to questions you may have around usability and ux.

Cost / Turnaround

These are scoped individually, so both the timing and pricing depend on the complexity of the request. A simple survey for an online product in a large market is likely to return in 48 hours or less.

What you'll need to start

One of the following:

  • A working product, website, or application

  • A wireframe, prototype, or design file in a format such as figma

And:

  • We recommend asking 10-15 questions per survey respondent. You can ask your CS manager to help you write them.

How to get started

  1. Head to the "services" tab of your Global App Testing login.

  2. Look for "localized qualitative feedback"

  3. Request the service.
