Professionals in your selected market will respond to questions you may have around usability and ux.
Cost / Turnaround
These are scoped individually, so both the timing and pricing depend on the complexity of the request. A simple survey for an online product in a large market is likely to return in 48 hours or less.
What you'll need to start
One of the following:
A working product, website, or application
A wireframe, prototype, or design file in a format such as figma
And:
We recommend asking 10-15 questions per survey respondent. You can ask your CS manager to help you write them.
