We have taken all necessary steps to ensure that information stored on our platform and cloud systems is safely destroyed or erased within a specified time period, to minimise any risk to our customersā privacy.
Our policy covers all data within our custody or control, regardless of the medium in which the data is stored (both on and offline).
In line with the security requirements of ISO27001, testing information will be deleted from GATās systems in the following timeframes:

By default we destroy all customer related data 18 months.
Upon a customer request to destroy their data we do so as quickly as possible.
For large attachments like videos, retention time is 60 days. In special cases we can make exceptions of this rule on request if needed.
We've published the tool we use to manage data retention on Github, named WipeOut. We've taken the decision to make it open source because we treat it seriously and we want to help other companies do the same.
